Kay (alisonjkay.com) for several years, attaining Usui Reiki levels I & II and Master level.  Kristi is also a member of the International Association of Reiki Professionals.  The Vibrational UPgrade System is a healing system for the Mind, Body and Spirit.  It is a gentle, soothing and restorative practice.   One session normally lasts approximately one hour with a light touch on the body or hands hovering slightly above significant areas of the full clothed client.
